Macaroon is an online template-based company and we pride ourselves in designing contemporary design ranges for every Season. As such, Macaroon does not take bespoke design requests. All of our designers' time is spent designing more Macaroon templates that fit in to the overall look and feel of our company and can be loaded online to be personalised by you, our Macarooners.

As such, as a general rule, we do not make design or colour changes to the ranges offered online. However, if there is a small tweak that you would like, please email the request to [email protected] and we will let you know if it is possible or not.

Corporate gifts can be so boring! And clients love receiving something personalised, that shows them that they have been thought of. As such, Macaroon is a popular choice for unique personalised corporate gifts.

To purchace a gift voucher please visit our vouchers page. If you have a promotional code, you will use it on the check-out page. At the bottom right-hand corner of the page is a box which requests your voucher code. Enter your voucher code here and the system will automatically apply the discount to your purchase.

At Macaroon, we pride ourselves in a delivering perfect product. As your product is personalised, you have the opportunity to check its accuracy for yourselves. Before you check-out, the system prompts you to check your photo choice, theme choice, colour choice, text, dates and spelling. Macaroon will not be held responsible for inaccurate details on your personalised products after you have agreed, via our online checklist, that you have thoroughly checked your choices. If, however, you are unhappy with the quality of your product or printing, please contact us and we will gladly replace it.

All orders are placed and paid for online.

Macaroon uses PayU Business - one of the world's largest payment providers, boating the most reliable payment systems on the internet. Their products are designed for today's online world: simple, secure and innovative, ensuring that Macaroon can safely accept payments online. Your transactions are protected with their robust double firewall, SSL encryption and 3D Secure.

On checkout, you can select from three payment methods:

1) Credit card payments - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards

2) Instant EFT via most major South African banks

3) Snapscan

Macaroon welcomes international orders and would love to Macaroon the globe.

Production time takes 5 working days and international delivery will be at least 10 working days, resulting in a total turnaround time of approximately two weeks.

International orders all need to be sent via courier. Tracking numbers will be sent on dispatch for you to track your order.

If you select door-to-door courier as your delivery option, you will be sent a tracking number from Macaroon with instructions on how to track your parcel. Alternately, you can make use of our help center to assist in tracking your order.

Due to each product being personalised and, as such, individually created, we do require a minimum of 7 working days before we can dispatch you order. Delivery time thereafter depends on the delivery method you have selected. If your order is urgent or time sensitive, please be sure to add a note or contact the Studio directly to check on the possible turnaround time. Please note that in peak season (November), production time can be delayed by up to a further 3 working days so please make provision for this when ordering.

Unfortunately, we are longer based in JHB therefore you are not able to collect orders. We are shipping out of a dispatch centre in Durban and no order may be collected. We will ship to you with our trusted courier service.

As a thank you for being a dedicated Macaroon customer, If the value of your order totals R1200 or more, we will courier your order directly to you for FREE. So make sure you do as much online Macaroon shopping as possible in a single order, to benefit from our FREE delivery option. Please select Courier on check-out but this will not be charged if over R1200 when you checkout.

For the fastest priority delivery, select the door-to-door courier option and your Macaroon order will be dispatched via our Courier partner, Courier IT, from our warehouse, directly to your door.

Your waybill number, tracking details and Courier IT contact details will be sent to you via email and SMS when your parcel is dispatched.
